Returns and Exchanges

FREE shipping labels are provided for all returns!

Your return/exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of order. If 14 days have passed since your in-person purchase or order delivery, and your return/exchange has not be initiated, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned or exchanged. This includes all water bottles and handmade soaps.

For returns or exchanges, please email info@piemovement.com and a customer service representative will assist you.

Once your return/exchange item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If doing an exchange, your new item will ship within 2 weeks.
